The Bingo Financial Suite is a crucial tool for financial operations and management. The stakeholders approached CreativesCastle Studio with the goal of revamping the Bingo Financial Suite to increase efficiency, reduce risk, improve transparency and accuracy, streamline reporting, enhance financial closing, provide a comprehensive dispute management process, and enable the stakeholders to expand their financial network. The design team was tasked with understanding the current reconciliation process, identifying any manual interventions that could lead to errors, and creating a solution that would address these pain points while also meeting the stakeholders' requirements.
The first phase in our design process is Discovery, which focuses on gaining a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs. This phase includes two key design thinking stages: Empathy and Define.

Accelerating Bingo Financial Suite Revamp through Improved Design System
The revamp of Bingo Financial Suite benefitted greatly from the implementation of an improved design system. Our design team worked to standardize the design patterns and elements, ensuring consistency throughout the app. The design system also streamlined the interface prototyping process, as designers could easily access the necessary components and modules without sifting through multiple screens.
480+ components created
The design system also allowed for efficient testing and refinement of each component, ensuring that each element was pixel-perfect. Furthermore, our designers provided recommendations for UX copy to make the app more user-friendly and consistent for users to understand. As a result, the improved design system played a key role in boosting the speed and efficiency of the Bingo Financial Suite revamp project.
Brand Refresh
As part of the revamp, we’ve also did a brand refresh. Instead of proposing new colors, the old palette was refreshed to match their new brand personality of vibrant, fresh, and modern.
Conclusion
The Bingo Financial Suite revamp project was a challenging but rewarding experience for the design team. The design team was able to meet the stakeholders' requirements and create a solution that would help them achieve their goals.
